Applications are reviewed individually and approval is at shopinaday's discretion. An approved applicant joins at the 20% starting commission rate. A partner is recognised as a full Marketing Partner — and moves to the 30% rate — only after 3 successful sales: 3 separate referred merchants who each activate and pay for a subscription plan and remain in good standing for at least one full billing cycle.
Commission is a percentage of the subscription fee that a referred store pays shopinaday, on every paid invoice, for as long as that store keeps an active paid plan. Commission is not paid on the merchant's own product sales, shipping, taxes or any third-party payment fees. Free trials, unpaid, refunded, charged-back, void or downgraded-to-free periods earn nothing.
A store is credited to one partner — the partner recorded on that store's subscription at the time it is created. Self-referrals, and stores you or a connected party own or operate, do not qualify.
Commission accrues per paid invoice and is listed in your partner dashboard as pending, then approved, then paid. Payouts are made on shopinaday's regular schedule once the pending balance clears the minimum threshold, to the payout details on file. A referred store's refund or chargeback reverses the related commission.
No spam, no misleading claims about shopinaday, no bidding on shopinaday trademarks in paid search, no cookie-stuffing or incentivised sign-ups. shopinaday may withhold commission for, suspend, or remove a partner who breaches these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
Commission rates, thresholds and these terms may change with notice. Changes apply from their effective date forward and do not retroactively reduce commission already accrued. Either side may end the partnership at any time; commission already earned on still-active referred stores continues under the terms in force when it accrued.
